Depending on your arrival time and transportation choice, you may take a panoramic trip on the new Tren Maya or a comfortable and safe ADO bus transfer from Cancun Airport to Mérida. Once you arrive at the terminal, we will personally pick you up and accompany you to your destination.

The day ends with a visit to an iconic cantina, with live music and an authentic local atmosphere.

A day of Spanish learning experience in Mérida through Yucatán’s artistic expressions: we will begin with a discussion on Mexican handicrafts and a hands-on workshop in crochet, hat-making, or another artisanal technique to explore local creativity.
In the afternoon, we will learn the rhythm of the jarana, the joyful and colorful traditional Yucatecan dance. To end the day, we will enjoy sightseeing in Mérida and experience the magical Serenata de Santa Lucía, a weekly open-air performance featuring live music, troubadours, poetry, and all the charm of local folklore under a starry sky.

DAY 5 – Mayan Wonders and “Pueblo Mágico”

We will begin the day with an excursion that brings together history, culture, and nature. We will visit the impressive archaeological site of Chichén Itzá with a local guide who will reveal the secrets and magnificence of the Mayan civilization. Then, we will continue to Izamal, the charming “Yellow Town,” where pre-Hispanic traces meet Spanish colonial heritage. We will enjoy a delicious Yucatecan lunch and end the day with a refreshing swim in a cenote, the spectacular natural pools that define the region.

After an early breakfast, we will leave Mérida toward the Yucatecan coast. Our first stop will be Puerto Progreso, where we will enjoy a brief visit to its boardwalk and views of the Gulf of Mexico. We will continue to the Playa de los Columpios, a seaside spot where you can swim, walk along the shore, explore mangroves, and savor a traditional Mexican seafood meal by the ocean.

Day 14 – A Day of History and Chocolate

After an early breakfast, we will head toward the impressive archaeological site of Uxmal, where we will explore its majestic Maya ruins, admire its unique architecture, and uncover the mysteries of this ancient civilization.
Later on, we will continue with a sensory experience at the Chocolate Museum, where you will taste exquisite flavors that connect the ancestral tradition of cacao with contemporary culinary culture.
In the afternoon, we will spend time in a peaceful setting to reflect on your cultural immersion.

Day 15 – Final Farewell and Return Trip
