MEET YOUR TEACHER!

I’m Ada Iglesias, a trilingual teacher and proudly Cuban.

I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and I am a certified DELE examiner for the Cervantes Institute.

I am currently a PhD candidate at Université Paris 8, where I research contemporary Cuban cinema, language, and audiovisual culture.

For over a decade, I have taught Spanish to students from all over the world, combining academic rigor with the joy of exploring Cuban culture.

My approach brings together three passions: language, cinema, and culture.

From Mérida and Havana, I guide my students to experience the language with authenticity, emotion, and confidence.
